Abstract (2. Language):
Ranitidin is a blocking agent for histamine H2 receptors that changes pH of the chyme. Bacteria do not live in the acidic miliue. Bacteria pass through the intestine by way of changing the pH of the miliue. Especially, Paneth cells are replaced at the distal lleum region of the intestine and manufacture the antibacterial agent lysozyme, protecting the intestinal flora by discharging the granules containing lysozyme. In this study, the Paneth cells had been assigned to degranulation by way of increasing cellular activity.
Abstract (Original Language):
Ranttidin mide içeriğinin (kimus) pH'ını değiştiren H2 reseptör blokörüdür. Ortamın asidik olması bakterisid etkiyi azaltır. Asidik ortamda bakteri yaşayamaz. Ortamın pH'ını değiştiren ranitidin nedeniyle bakteriler barsak ortamına rahatça girerler. Özeliikle ince barsağın ileum parçasında barsak florasının korunmasında rol oynayan Paneth hücrelerinin, iizozim içeren salgı granüllerini boşaltarak, bakterisid etkiyi ortadan kaldırmaya çahştığı binmektedir. Amaç, ranitidinin H2 reseptör blokör özeliğinden yararlanıp, kimusun bakteri yaşamasına izin veren alkali ortamını oluşturarak, Paneth hücre/erindeki değişiklikleri histolojik olarak incelemektir. Ya-plan çaişmada, Paneth hücrelerinin aktif/eşip, aktivitesini artırıp, de-granülasyona uğradığı saptanmıştır.
