Abstract (2. Language): 
Gastrobronchial fistula (GBF) is an extremely rare complication developing usually after esophagogastric surgery, particularly after Nissen fundoplication.Patients with this complication are prone to aspirate gastric content resulting in pulmonary infections with recurrent fever, hemoptysis, bronchitis, lung abscess and bronchiectasis. Mortality rates of pulmonary sepsis due to GBF are quite high. Gastrobronchial fistula should be suspected in patients developing pneumonia after esophagogastric surgery because early diagnosis and treatment are life saving. In this article, gastroesophageal fistulas detected after esophageal surgery in two patients were discussed with review of the literature.

GastrobronĢiyal fistül (GBF) oldukça nadir görülen ve çoğu özofagogastrik cerrahiye (özellikle Nissen fundoplikasyon) bağlı ortaya çıkan bir komplikasyondur. Bu hastalar genellikle gastrik içeriği aspire ederler ve buna bağlı rekürren ateĢ, hemoptizi, bronĢit, pnömoni, akciğer apsesi ve bronĢektazi gibi pulmoner yangı tabloları geliĢir. GBF sonucu geliĢen pulmoner sepsisin mortalitesi çok yüksektir. Pnömonisi olan post özofajektomik hastalarda GBF‟den Ģüphelenmek önemlidir. Erken tanı ve tedavi hayat kurtarıcıdır. Bu makalede özofagus malignitesi nedeniyle opere edilmiĢ ve rekürren pnömoni kliniği ile tedavi edildikleri sırada gastrobronĢiyal fistül saptanan iki olgu literatür eĢliğinde sunulmuĢtur.
