33 yaşında bir erkek hastada dişetinde yer alan primer tüberküloz olgusu bildirilmiştir. Sistemik İncelemeler sonucunda hastanın başka bir bölgesinde lezyon saptanmamış ve olgu primer olarak kabul edilmiştir. Olgumuzun klinik ve histopatolojik özellikleri kaynak bilgilerle karşılaştırılarak tartışılmıştır.
