Abstract (2. Language): 
Hie teeth that dontfinish their apexogenesis can be h eated eudodontically in t)ie childhood travmatization of the teeth can effect tlte root formation and the pulp. The pulp of the teeth that have been trav/natized can be infected and this causes periapical lesions resulting the stoppage of the root resorption. In this case a travmatized upper tooth with periapical lesions is treated with endodontic treatment left crant-ral and apexogenesis is achieved.

Kök gelişimi tamamlanmamış dişler endodonük olarak tedavi edilmekledir. Çocukluk çağlarında dişlere çeşitli nedenlerle gelen darbeler sonucu pulpa dokusu ve kök gelişimi zarar görebilir. Bu şekilde zarar gören dişlerin pulpalarının enfekte olması sonucu periapikal Iezyonlar gelişmekte ve kök gelişimi tamamen durmaktadır. Bu olgu bildirisinde, kök gelişimi travma sonucu durmuş periapikal Iczyotüu üst sol santral dişin kök kanal tedavisi ile apeksifikasyonu anlatılmıştır.
