Abstract (2. Language):
The recent economic crisis which is caused by considered as the deepest one since the great depression in 1929 and 1970 economic crisis is affecting all economies in the world. Turkish economy and Turkis-Azerbeijani economic relations are affected. Main objective of this study is to determine the extent of economic crisis on Turkish-Azerbeijani economic relations by means of generally accepted crisis indicators.
This study consists of three parts. In first part economic crisis, crisis definition, properties of economic crisis, crisis indicators are defined and in the second part the degree of impacts caused by world economic crisis are analyzed and finally in third part the effects of world economic crisis on Turkish-Azerbeijani economic relations are probed and evaluations are developed.
