Abstract (2. Language): 
Marjolin s ulcer is a term to descnbe a malıgnancy ahsing from scar tıssue. especially bum scars. İt appears on bum scar a iong period after initial bum injury. The most common malıgnancy is squamous celi carcinoma (SCCj for these type of patients. Basal celi carcinoma. melanoma and sarcoma have less frequently been reported. Bıopsy is the most important diagnostic procedure. The treatment is wide excision and regional lymph node dıssection. A 12 year old child admitted to our clinic wıth unhealed vvound in the axillary region for ten months. The patıent had an ulcer axillary region through thorax. Incisional biopsy was performed. Histopathologic examination revealed that SCC Wide surgical excision was done. The defect area was covered vvith flap. Axillar contracture was reconstructed with Z-platies. The case was presented due to early development of Marjolin 's ulcer as in ten years.

Marjolin ülser, skar dokusunda ve özellikle de yanık skarlarında gelişen malıgnensıyı tanımlamak için kullanılan bir te¬rimdir. Başlangıç yanık yaralanmasından uzun yıllar sonra yanık skar dokusunda görülür. Bu grup hastalarda en sık görülen malıgnıte skuamoz hücreli karsınom (SCCj'dur. Bazal hücreli karsinom, melanom ve sarkom daha az sıklıkta bildirilmiştir. Biyopsi en önemli tanı prosedürüdür. Tedavi geniş eksizyondur ve bölgesel lenf nodu dısseksiyonudur. 12 yaşında bir olgu aksiller bölgede 10 aydır mevcut olan ve iyileşmeyen yara şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Hastanın aksiller bölgeden toraksa uzanan lezyonu mevcuttu- insizyonel biyopsi uygulandı. Histopatolojik inceleme SCC olduğunu gösterdi- Geniş cerrahi eksizyon yapıldı. Defektli alan flep ile kapatıldı. Mevcut aksiller kontraktür Z-plastiler-ie açıldı. Olgu, 10 yıl gibi erken sürede Marjolin ülser gelişmesi nedeniyle sunulmuştur.
