Abstract (2. Language):
Objective:The evaluation of the results of preeclamptic pregnancies in our clinic. Materials and methods: In this study, in the 215 cases who were diagnosed preeclampsia between the years 1997 and 2001, clinic features, complications and results of it has examined as retrospectively. Results:The average of age was 29.2 6.5 (16-49) and the average of the gestational week of the patients who admited to our clinic with the diagnosis of preeclampsia were 34.5 4.2 (25-40). 108 of the cases were nullipar, 143 cases were multipar. In 143 cases, there occured light preeclampsia (%57), severe preeclampsia (%39.4) in 99 cases, and eclampsia (% 3.4) in 9 cases. Only in 11 cases had a past history of chronic hipertension (%4.3). The averages sistolic blood pressure was 149.5 14.4 mmHg, and the diastolic blood pressure was 99.3 9.8 mmHg. Hellp Syndrome (%14.34) in 36 cases, decolman placenta (%8.8) in 22 cases, acute renal failure (%5.1) in 13 cases, and stilbirth fetus ( % 10.4) in 26 cases, were detected. Conclusions:It is necessary that preeclamptic pregnancies should be controlled closely and the pregnancy be terminated in a suitable time because of the fetal and maternal complications of preeclamptic pregnancies.

Amaç: Kliniğimizdeki preeklamptik gebeliklerin sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi Materyal ve Metod: Bu çalışmada 1997-2001 yılları arasında kliniğimizde preeklampsi tanısıyla izlenen 251 hastanın klinik özellikleri, gelişen komplikasyonlar ve sonuçları retrospektif olarak incelendi. Bulgular: Hastaların yaş ortalaması 29.2 6.5 (16-49) yıl olup, preeklampsi tanısı ile kliniğimize müracaat eden gebelerin ortalama gebelik haftası 34.5 4.2 (25-40) idi. Olguların 108'i (%43) nullipar iken, 143'ü (%57) multi-par idi.
