Abstract (2. Language):
Introduction: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL), is a kind of treatment method for renal stones. The subcostal way is generally preferred during the procedure, however the supracostal way is performed in necessary cases. In this condition, it is also possible to be seen some complications such as hydrothorax, hemothorax, pneumothorax, athelectasia or nephropleural fistula. The case who had hydrohemothorax, was occured after PNL by supracostal way, was evaluated with intrathoracic complications reported in the literature.
