Abstract (2. Language): 
Intratumor deposits of amyloid in 40 of 85 randomly selected cases of basal cell carcinoma were demonstrated with congo-red and cristal violet staining prosedures.The amyloid deposits were permanganate resistant and located in the stroma between clumps of tumor cells.The relationship between amy Hod positivity and the different histological subtypes of basal cell carcinoma,tumor ulceration,age and sex distribution Joe alisition and solar elastosis were studied.

85 rastgele seçilmiş bazal hücreli karsinom olgusundan 40 ında, kristal viole ve kongo red boyaları ile tümör içi amiloid birikimleri gösterildi.Amiloid birikimleri permanganata dirençli olup,tümör hücre kümeleri arasında ve stromada yerleşmişti. Amiloid pozitifliği ile bazal hücreli karsinom subtipleri,tümör ülserasyonu, yaş, cinsiyet,yerleşim yeri, solar elastozis arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı
