Wegener Granülomatozu (WG) solunum sisteminin nekrotizan granülomatöz lezyonları, glomerulonefrit ve sıklıkla diğer organların vasküliti ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda nadir görülen bu vaskülit dört olgumuza ait verilerin ışığında tartışılmıştır.
