Abstract (2. Language): 
The developmental dysplasia of hip is an important problem frequently seen in our country. In this report, we present clinical and radiological findings of a case whose develop¬mental hip dysplasia had not been diagnosed before 16 months old. It is possible with early diagnosis and treatment, to have excellent results in a short time. This case was about a girl who was the first child, had a twin sister and was deliv¬ered by caesarean section. The standing out point here is although the patient had been in a doctor's office for many times, she had no hip examination.

Gelişimsel kalça displazisi ülkemizde sık görülen önemli bir sorundur. Bu yazıda 16. ayına kadar tanı konmamış bir gelişimsel kalça displazisi olgusunun klinik ve radyolojik sonuçları sunuldu. Hastalığın erken tanısı ve tedavisi ile kısa sürede mükemmel sonuç elde etmek mümkündür. Bu olgu ilk ço¬cuk, ikiz kardeşi olan ve sezeryanla doğmuş bir kız çocuğu idi. Burada dikkat çekici nokta; hastamızın bu yaşına gelene kadar bazı sorunları nedeni ile defalarca doktora gitmesine rağmen, kalça muayenesi yapılmamış olması idi.
