Dentin Dysplasia type II İs an anomaly rarely seen and affecting both deciduous and permanent dentition-Permanent teeth usually appear clinically normal. The characteristic feature h the radiographic appearance of abnormal pulp morlology/most evident in single rooted teeth. Pulps have been described as thistle-tube- shaped, and radiopaque faci (pulp stones) are seen within the pulp chambers. In a case applying for our clinic. Dentin Dysplasia type II is diagnosed, and knowledge of literature is rev i e we d.

Dentin displazisi Tıp IT nadir olarak görülür. Hem süt, hem de daimi dentisyonu etkileyen bir aııumaîidir. Daimi dişler klinikte genellikle normal görülür. Karakteristik olarak radyografide, tek köklü dişler, anormal pulpa morfolojisi görünümü en önemli ö/.elliktır, Pulpanın görünümü "thistle tube" şeklindedir. Pulpa odasında çok sayıda radynopak kitleler (puipa taşları) bulunur. Kliniğimize başvuran bir olguda, Dentis Displazi?! Tip U tanısı konulmuş ve literatür gözden geçirilmiştir
