Abstract (2. Language):
A restoration with a material which has good bonding capabilities will minimize gap formation and microleakage between Üıe tooth filing and thereby reduce the risk of recurrent caries and pulp injury. In this study, thepulpal responses to a composite material (Pi50, 3M) applied with and without a dentin bonding agent (Scotchbond-2, 3M) was investigated in human teeth. At the end of 6th. week, the teeth were extracted and evaluated under a light microscope following histopathological processing. The results indicated that the pulpal responses to two groups were similar. The statistical evaluation also showed that the difference between two eroubs was not significant (P>0.05) Tilere was a destruction in odontoblast laver combined with hvberemic blood vessels Bacterial Penetration was observed on Üıe floor and walls of cavities.
