İktisaden kalkınma çabas-ndaki gaye; halkın hayat seviyesini artırmak için mevcut tabiî ve sunî varlıklardan en iyi şekilde istifadeyi temin etmektir. Bu maksatla geri kalmış memleketler sosyal bakımdan sanayileşmek zorundadrlar. Memleketimiz coğrafi durumu, tabii kaynakları ve halkın karakteri itibariyle Ziraatın yanı sıra sanayi memleketi olmaya müsaittir. Hangi metod veya sistemle olursa olsun sanayinin'inkişafı, kendisini teşkil eden malzeme, enerji, makına, insan ve para gibi unsurların, en iyi şekilde kullanılmasını sağlamakla mümkün olur. Bilhassa çalışan insanlara yol göstererek beraber ve ahenkli ç alışmalarına temini bu inkişafın hızını arttırır.
