A novel spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of microamounts of Co(II), Ni(II), Cut II), and Mo(VI) using ammonium pyrrolidinecarbodithioate as a reagent in the presence of surfactants as solubilising agent. The method is quite sensitive and has been applied for the determination of these metals in various alloys.
