Abstract (2. Language):
In the study, t lie adherence of Candida albicans to four commercial soft denture- lining materials was studied in vitro BOA protein assay reagent. Samples of four commercial soil denture lining materials were processed according to the manufaclureri's instructions and each of them ten samples were prepared to uniform si/e with smooth surfaces and samples were immersed in least nitrogen base medium, the amount of adherence candida albican's was evaluated with BCA protein assay reagent. In the evaluation of data obtained, variance analysis method was used, type of soft denture lining materials were found to be significant statistically fp< 0.001). The adherence of Candida albicans was found less in Ufi Gel P.
