Abstract (2. Language): 
The calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) was first recognized as a distinct pathologic entity by Gorlin et al in 1962. Calcifying odontogenic cysts are most often seen in the second decade of life the maxilta and the mandible are equally affected and there is no sexual predilection. Lesions that seen solid or cystic, can be occurcd in the intraosseous and extraosseous tissue. They show nonspecific clinical and radiological properties. Our case is a rare odontogenic lesion by the difficult distinguish diagnosis among the other cysts and tumors of oral region

Kalsifiye odontojcnik kistîer iik defa 1962 de Gorlin ve arkadaşları tarafından farklı bir patoloji olarak tanımlandı. Kalsifİye odontojenik kLStler daha çok hayatın 2. dekatında görülürler. Cinsiyet ayırımı yapmazlar ve maksilla ve mandibula da eşit oranda görülürler. Solid ve kistik şekilde görülen lezyonlar kemik içi ve kemik dışında yerleşebilirler. Nanspesifîk klinik ve radyolojik özellikler gösterirler. Olgumuz oral bölgenin diğer kistleri ve tümörlerinden ayırıcı teşhisin zorluğu nedeniyle ender görülen odontojenik tümörlerdendir
