Abstract (2. Language):
The educational system which is highly affected by technological developments nowadays, make another novelty everyday. Thanks to the integration of technology with educational instruments, education and instruction has gained a new horizon and these leads the quality of education to highest levels.
The informatics courses and informatics' laboratories one of the major reasons of mentioned developments. But computer and technologies have less usage than it should be. Therefore, time and costs are in high levels as well.
For the courses at the universities there are two examinations for each semester as midterm and final exams. These exams can be in classical way or multiple choice tests. Preparing, printing and evaluating of exams cause losses from the aspect of time and money.
Thanks to the e-exam system time and costs can be in the minimum level. If it is requested, the feedbacks of these exams can be seen by the students immediately.
In this article, the necessity and time-cost situations of e-exam system is studied.

Teknolojik gelişmelerin etkilediği eğitim sistemi, her geçen gün daha da ilerlemektedir. Teknolojinin eğitim sistemiyle birleşmesiyle, eğitim-öğretim yeni boyutlar kazanmakta, bu kazanımlarla kalite üst noktalara ulaşmaktadır.
Üniversitelerde öğrencilere okutulmakta olan enformatik dersleri ve kullanılan enformatik laboratuarları bu gelişmelerin önemli nedenle tindendir. Fakat bilgisayar ve teknolojileri kullanımı, kullanılması gerekenden daha az kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenden dolayı zaman ve maliyet giderleri yüksek seviyelerdedir. A
Her dönem üniversitelerde işlenmekte olan her derste, vize ve final olarak ortalama iki sınav yapılmaktadır. Bu sınavlar klasik (yazılı) ve çoktan seçmeli vb. olarak yapılabilmektedir. Sınavların hazırlanması, basılması ve okunması zaman ve maliyet açısından kayıplara sebep olmaktadır.
E-Sınav sistemiyle zaman ve maliyet faktörleri minimum seviyede olacaktır. İstenildiği takdirde öğrenciye bu sınav sonuçlarının geri bildirimleri anında verilebilecektir.
