Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this study was to develop a likert type scale in order to measure
teacher candidates’ attitudes towards the instructional planning and evaluation course.
Participants were 362 fourth grade students who had been attending Programs in Primary
School Education, Social Studies, Mathematics Teacher Training, German Language
Teaching, Pre-School Education, French Language Teaching, Educational Technology and
Computing and English Language Teaching at the Anadolu University Education Faculty. In
the development phase of the scale, 67 items were convened and item-total and test retest
correlation coefficients were calculated. Cronbach alpha for the whole scale was found to be
.98. As a result of the above analysis, factor analysis were carried out for 66 items, which
were significant, in order to verify the construct validity of the scale and as a consequence of
this analysis a scale with three factors and 44 items was selected. The findings of research
reveal that the scale is valid and reliable

Bu çalısma öğretmen adaylarının “Öğretimde Planlama ve Değerlendirme” dersine
yönelik tutumlarını ölçmede kullanılacak likert tipi bir ölçme aracı gelistirmek amacıyla
yapılmıstır. Arastırma Anadolu Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Öğretmenliği, Sosyal
Bilgiler Öğretmenliği, Matematik Öğretmenliği, Almanca Öğretmenliği, Okulöncesi
Öğretmenliği, Fransızca Öğretmenliği, Bilgisayar ve Öğretim Teknolojileri Öğretmenliği ve
Đngilizce Öğretmenliği Programlarına devam eden 362 dördüncü sınıf öğrencisi üzerinde
yürütülmüstür. Ölçeğin gelistirilmesi sırasında 67 madde olusturulmus, bu maddeler için
madde toplam, test-tekrar test korelasyon katsayısı hesaplanmıstır. Tüm ölçeğin güvenirlik
katsayısı Cronbach a=.98 olarak bulunmustur. Bu analizler sonucunda manidar olduğu
görülen 66 maddeye ölçeğin yapı geçerliğini saptamak için faktör analizi yapılmıstır. Bu
analiz sonucunda da 44 maddeden olusan üç faktörlü ölçek elde edilmistir. Arastırma
bulguları, ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu göstermektedir.
