Abstract (2. Language): 
Bibliometrics deals with the quantitative analysis of some distinct characteristics (i.e. authorship, subject, publication information, and cited sources) of publications or documents. It is possible to determine general structure and characteristics of a specific discipline based on data obtained bibliometric analysis. In this context this study aims to determine general structure and characteristics of Management and Organization discipline through analyzing the bibliometrics features of papers published in “National Management and Organization Congress Proceedings”. In this research 391 papers in Organizational Behavior and Organization Theory tracks and 7745 citation have been analyzed. The following research questions have been addressed: “Which types of sources get cited more often in the articles?”, “What are the most frequently cited journals?”, “Does the distribution of citations to journals fit Bradford's Law of Scattering?”, “What is the rate of reference to Turkish/Foreign Writers?”, “What is the rate of literature obsolescence in Organizational Behavior and Organization Theory?” etc.

Bibliyometri, yayınların yada belgelerin yazar, konu, yayın bilgisi, atıf yapılan kaynaklar, vb. gibi belirli özelliklerinin niceliksel olarak analizi ile ilgilenmektedir. Elde edilen bibliyometrik verilere dayanarak belirli bir disiplinin genel yapısının ve özelliklerinin ortaya konulması mümkündür. Bu çerçevede, bu çalışma Ulusal Yönetim ve Organizasyon kongre kitaplarında yer alan bildirileri bibliyometrik özellikleri açısından inceleyerek, Türkiye’de Yönetim ve Organizasyon disiplininin genel yapısını ve özelliklerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda; çalışmamızda Ulusal Yönetim ve Organizasyon Kongrelerinde Örgütsel Davranış ve Örgüt Teorisi başlıkları altında basılı toplam 391 adet bildiride yapılan 7.745 adet atıf analiz edilmiş ve “En sık atıf yapılan kaynak türü nedir?”, “En sık atıf yapılan yerli ve yabancı dergiler hangileridir?”, “Dergilere yapılan atıfların dağılımı Bradford Yasasına uymakta mıdır?”, “Atıf yapılan yazarların yerli/yabancı oranı ne şekildedir?”, “Örgüt Teorisi ve Örgütsel Davranış literatürünün yaşlanma hızı nedir?” vb. sorulara yanıt aranmıştır.
