Ateşli silah yaralanması sonrası gelişen sinerjistik konverjans

Synergistic convergence developing after a weapon injury

Abstract (2. Language):
Synkinetic movements are the coordinated contractions of two different muscles due to congenital or acquired reasons. Aberrant innervations observed among abducens, oculomotorous and trigeminal nerves cause the development of different synkinetic eye movements. In this article it was aimed to examine the clinical features of a patient in whom synergistic convergence developed after a weapon injury.

Sinkinetik hareketler, konjenital ya da edinsel nedenlerle farklı iki kasın koordineli kasılması anlamına gelmektedir. Abdüsens, okülomotor, trigeminal sinir arasında görülen aberran innervasyonlar gözde farklı sinkinetik hareketler oluşumuna yol açmaktadır. Bu yazıda ateşli silah yaralanması sonrası sinerjistik konverjans gelişen bir olgunun klinik özelliklerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
