Abstract (2. Language):
The present article reports a study ofmicroleakage in the interface between various metal alloys and porcelain. In this study chrome-nickel, chrome-cobalt and titanium alloys were investigated. Microleakage specimen were prepared in the shape $2.2 mm thick disks which were 1 cm in diameter. Our findings showed similar microleakage in specimen stored in water and those not stored in water. The results indicated that microleakage at porcelain fused to chrome-cobalt alloy was greater than that found for the other two alloys. No significant differences were found between the microleakage at the intetface of porcelain fused to titanium and porcelain fused to chrome nickel alloy.
