The determination of the anortMt© contents of plagioclaieg by x*ray diffractton analyses is an extensively used method'. In order to control the results obtained during these analyses, the method known as "standart deviation" Indicating the rate of error in readings amd showing the degree of precisene§s of the procedure to progress, may be utilized, TMs metbod here, is applied to a rock sample analysed» by a Philips diffractometer using (OuKa j) radiation, for the purpose of employing the graphical values of its (181) and (131- ) reflectMtm, and in this way the anortMte content of the plagioclascs is dctcriiiinctl,

Plajiyoklaslarm anortit yüzdelerinin x-ray difraksiyon analizleri yardımıyle belirlenmesi yaygın olarak kullanılan bir yöntemdir, Bu analizlerin yapılmasında kontrolü sağlamak için "standart sapma" diye bilmen ve okumalarda hata oranmı ortaya koyarak yapılan iılemlerin dof ruluk derecesini gösteren yöntemden yararlanılabilir. Bu yöntem burada, (CuKa j) radyasyonu ile çalı§an bir Philips difraktometresiyle analiz edilen ve (131) ve (131-) yansımaları için grafik def erleri kullanılan bir kayaç örneğine uygulanmakta ve bu yolla plajiyoklaslarm anortit yüzdesi belirlenmektedir
