Abstract (2. Language):
This work is a case study whose aim is the development of a training program for a fellow that need pass the physical tests for referees seeking promotion to the 3rd division of Spanish footbal, established by the CTAAF. Such training program lasts for 3 months (12 weeks) with 3 training per each. Has been prepared from Teaching Innovation Project, the Synergy Project, in which knowledge of different degrees, Computer Engineering (I.I.) and Primary Education, will come together in this case. Among other utilities, the work can serve as a basis for those referees who are in the same situation and lack of sports knowledge or economic resources to be able to carry out specific training to overcome physical evidence. From this training program, a student at the University of I.I. will be responsible for creating an Application (App), in which all the sessions that the program is made will be found. In this way, the user will be providing the necessary training to perform anywhere in the world without the need for a personal trainer near him.
