Between 1969 Geneva with the participation of 116 countries gathered xe'de 53 International Labour Conference met with tremendous interest all over the world. Workers and employers, and the government with the participation of delegates gathered a lot of this year's conference, the head of state, took a famous politician or trade union question, the developments in the field of social peace bahsetmişlerdir1.
Conference of the International Labour Organization in 1969 due to the interest shown in this particular over the past 50 months, said the Organization are couple of years is completed. In fact, on this occasion not only in Geneva, has been all over the world celebrate ceremonies, exhibitions and seminars organized an intensive activity undertaken broadcast.
As is known, was founded in 1919 with the Treaty of Versailles peace U.Ç.T. In the past half-century totalitarian regimes have known her attacks and is now a world-wide quality • kazanmştır 120 is a member of the state.

n 1969 tarihleri arasında 116 ülkenin katılması ile Cenevr xe'de toplanan 53. Uluslararası Çalışma Konferansı bütün dünyada olağanüstü bir ilgi ile karşılanmıştır. İşçi-işveren ve hükümet delegelerinin katılması ile toplanan bu seneki konferansta bir çok devlet başkanı, ünlü politikacı veya sendikacı söz almışlar, sosyal barış alanında elde edilen gelişmelerden bahsetmişlerdir1.
Uluslararası Çalışma Teşkilâtının 1969 yılındaki konferansına karşı gösterilen bu özel ilginin sebebi, geçtiğimiz aylarda adı geçen teşkilâtın 50. yılım doldurmuş olmasıdır. Nitekim bu vesile ile sadece Cenevre'de değil, dünyanın her tarafında kutlama törenleri yapılmış, sergi ve seminerler düzenlenmiş, yoğun bir yayın faaliyetine girişilmiştir.
Bilindiği gibi Versailles sulh andlaşması ile 1919 yılında kurulan U.Ç.T. geride bıraktığımız yar m asır içinde totaliter rejimlerin saldırılarına karşı koymasını bilmiş ve günümüzde 120 devletin üye olduğu •cihanşümul bir nitelik kazanmştır.
