Purpose of this study was to determine the expectations of gifted students to Science and Art Center which is the private education institution. The research sample was selected from 14 different districts and grade levels 3 And 12 Consists of 100 students ranging from classes. As a means of data collection, a questionnaire consisting of five open-ended items. Analysis was conducted through descriptive analysis of the data obtained. As a result, gifted students can be reached easily, in order to able to demonstrate that the performance of the necessary equipment, tools and equipment are met, in a private educational institution is identified that during his tenure.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin gözünden Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi kurumundan beklentilerini saptamaktır. Araştırmanın örneklemini İzmir İli’nde 14 farklı ilçeden seçilmiş ve sınıf düzeyleri 3. ile 12. sınıfları arasında değişen 100 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak 3 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi betimsel analiz yoluyla yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak üstün yetenekli öğrenciler, Bilim ve Sanat Merkezleri ile ilgili kolay ulaşılabilecekleri, performanslarını ortaya koyabilmeleri için gerekli donanım, araç ve gereçlerin karşılandığı bir özel eğitim kurumu beklentisi içerisinde oldukları tespit edilmiştir.
