Today, .several rcsin-modificd glass ionoiner materials and poliacid-modified-rcsin have been used in dental profession eompomcr is known as a composite resin which includes the properties of glass ionomcrs with the .iiJvanf"^^ of a single-component, and which is light-activated. Resitı-mndifTed glass ionomcrs and pol i acid-modi lied resin composites (enmpomers) have been introduced as esthetic restorations. While these restorative materials arc solving the problems such as moisture sensitivity, early strength loss, maintain their features such as regulating the strengthening of teeth, providing enough adhesion and lluor release iG teeth structures against occlusal load, and aesthetics

Güniimü/.de çok çeşitli resin modifiye cam ionomer sunanlar ve poliasid modifiye resmler (kompomerler) diş hekimliğinde kullanılmaktadır. Koni pom cr; cam ionoıncrle-rin avantajlarını içeren, lek komponenlli, ışıkla sertleşen kompn/.it resin olarak bilinir. Resin uıoidiliye cam ionomerler ve polıasid modifiye resin kompoziıler estetik restorasyonlar olarak sunulmuştur. Bu dolgu maddeleri gelenek-iel materyalleriıî neme duyarlılık, erken direnç kaybı yibi sorunlarını çözerken sertleşmenin düzenlenmesi, okluzal kuvvetler karşısında diş yapılarına yeterli adezyon, rtuor salmak ve estetik gibi özelliklende sürdürürler.
