Abstract (2. Language):
Spontan anterior temporomandibular (TM) joint dislocation is not a common presentation. Diagnosis depends on first sight of TM joint dislocation of the jaw. Typical symptoms and findings are absence of occlusion, preauricular depressions and a prominent mandibular head anteriorly (anterior variant). This case was a first case as attending to a primary care with this dislocation and with a presipitant factor, drinking water with holding up the bottle without touching lips, never mentioned in the literatüre before.
