Abstract (2. Language):
Smear layer, which occurs while the cavity preparation, doesnft forms a stable substructure in connection to the tooth surfaces. Microlcakage occurs by the time by dissolving of the layer between restorative materia! and Lhe teeth. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microlcakage of the different conditioners applied at the class I cavities prepared at the dimensions of which were 4x3x2 mm5 on the extracted primary molar teeth. For this reason, Fuji Cavity Conditioner, maleic acid 10%, Phosphoric acid 35%, hydrogen peroxide 3% applied to the cavities and restored with the Ftıji IX restorative glass ionomer cement. Then restorations thermocycled, placed in 0,5% basic-fuchsion dye for 24 hours and by taking the sections in the direction of mesiu-disial bum the teeth was evaluated lor the microleakagc under stereomicroscopc. The obtained microleakagi: disruption was: Phosphoric acid - Fuji Cavity Conditioner > Maleic acid 10% > Hydrogen Peroxide > Control Group. Kruskal Wallis was applied to the obtained microleakage score disruptions. As a result of this analysis, the difference?; between the groups were found to be statistically significant (p<0,05). Final Iv, in in-vitro conditions Phosphoric acid and Fuji Cavity Conditioner conditioners applied to the class I cavities rcslored with high viscosity glass lonomcr cement, determinate lu eliminate the microieakage.
