İn this article, the Queuİng Systems are deseribed in a general way and they are classified with respect to Kendall Notation which symbolizes system characteristics. Also the features of Queııing Process are summarized. After havıng derived general formulas for the stochastic models, especially M/M/l and M/M/c types of Poisson Queuİng models are reviewed and are dİscussed by means of a sample problem.

Bu makalede, kuyruk sistemlerinin genel bir tanımı verilmiş özellikleri anlatılmış ve sistem karakteristiklerini simgeleyen, kuyruk modellerinin sınıflamasında kullanılan Kendall notasyonu açıklanmıştır. Stokastik kuyruk modellerinin genel formülasyonıı çıkarıldıktan sonra, özellikle M/M/Î ve M/M/c modelleri incelenmiş ve bir örnek problem üzerinde tartışılmıştır.
