Workers completed the evolution of education in the West today in the field of industrial and labor relations is a matter of importance and the value is accepted by everyone.
Better yet, the Turkish Trade Unionism in terms of trade union movements in the first stages of the obvious importance of the subject. In this regard, recent developments in workers' education in anatomy to touch on this subject and the way to draw in Turkey, to point out what should be done in the field of education trade unions of workers in their hands the destiny of hope which gives a light and thoughtless friends! îşçi eğitimi bugün batıdaki evrimini tamamlamış ve sanayii ve işçi münasebetleri alanındaki değer ve önemi herkes tarafından kabul edilmiş bir konudur.
Sendikal hareketlerin daha henüz ilk basamaklarında olan Türk Sendikacılığı yönünden de konunun önemi aşikârdır. Bu bakımdan işçi eğitiminin bir anatomisini çizmek bu konudaki son gelişmelere temas etmek ve bu arada Türkiyede işçi eğitimi alanında neler yapılması gerektiğini işaret etmek sendikalarımızın kaderini ellerinde tutan dostlarımıza bir ışık verir ümid ve düşünces!ndeyiz.
Bu bakımdan bugünkü konuşmamızda önce işçi eğitiminin bir tanımını yapıp, metod yönünden konuyu inceliyeceğiz. Daha sonra bu konudaki bazv yeni gelişmelere ve özellikle Cornell Üniversitesi Sanayii ve İşçi Münasebetleri Okulu Profesörlerinden Sayın George Erooks'un geliştirdiği «Sendika Temsilcilerinin Eğitimi» konusu üzerinde birkaç söz soyliyeceğiz. Ve bu konuda Türkiyede neler yapılabileceği hususunda bazı noktalara değineceğiz.
Önce eğitim'n ne olduğu konusunda durmamız gerekiyor. Bir zamanlar eğitim dar anlamda tahsil ve genel kültür elde edilmesi olarak düşünülüyordu. Bugün Türkiye'de de işçi eğitiminden bunun anlaşjldığ nı ve gerek işçilere ve gerekse sendika idarecilerine genel kültür vermenin eğitim olarak kabul edildiğini ve kültür ile eğitimin aynı şeyler olduğu görüşünün sendikacılarımız arasıda yaygın olduğunu sanıyorum.
