İ.ti. İktisat Fakültesinin Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri Bölümü ve Çalışma ve" Endüstri İlişkileri Araştırma Merkezi tarafından düzenlenmekte olan geleneksel Sosyal Siyaset Konferanslarına uzun süre ara verilmiş olduğunu ben şimdi öğrenmiş bulunuyorum ve bu kadar uzun süren aradan sonra da ilk konuşmanın bize nasip olması herhalde güzel bir şey; bunun için Başkan Sayın Sabahattin ZAİM Bey'e ve Dekan Sayın Nusret EKİN Bey'e teşekkürler ederiz.
Yapılan açış konuşmalarından dinlediğim kadarıyla genellikle bu konferanslar sendikal düzen, işçi ve işveren iliş¬kileriyle büyük ölçüde ilişkili olmuş; ben de bir işveren sendikasında çalıştığımdan, demek ki bu seferki toplantımızda da, yine sendikal ilişkiler konusu gündeme gelmiş oluyor. Ancak şunu söyleyeyim ki Sabahattin Hocamızın biraz önce belirttiği gibi, ben esas itibariyle bir mühendisim ve bir teknis* yenim. Dolayısıyla ele alınması bana önerilen «İş Değerlendirme» konusunda da sizlere sendikal yönden değil, teknik yönden açıklamalar yapacağım ve bu konuda soracağınız sorular olursa ona da zaman ayırmaya çahşacğım.
