Abstract (2. Language):
The right to life, which allows the use of all other rights of the most fundamental right, and first degree or to be secured. As long as the existence of other rights, the right to life, to fight for them to use and has a meaning.
The right to life, the right is not in the narrow sense-making ahp breath. In its widest sense, preserved the integrity of the human body and soul, is a right that is provided warranty will not challenge them harm. Yaşama hakkı, diğer bütün haklann da kullanılmasına imkân veren en temel haktır ve birinci derecede güvence altına alınmalıdır. Yaşama hakkı olduğu sürece diğer hakların varlığı, kullanılması ve onlar için mücadele edilmesi bir anlam taşır.
Yaşama hakkı, dar anlamda nefes ahp-verme hakkı da değildir. En geniş anlamı ile, insanın beden ve ruh bütünlüğünün korunduğu, bunlarda bir zarar meydan vermeyecek garantinin sağlandığı bir haktır. Yaşamak, insanın ruh ve beden bütünlüğü olduğu sürece anlamlıdır. Ruh ve beden bütünlüğünün olmadığı durumlarda yaşamak, acıdır, ız-dıraptır, çok zaman kendi dışındaki insanlara yük olmaktır. Yaşamak için başkasının bakım ve desteğine muhtaç olmak da bu temel hakka getirilmiş en büyük kısıtlamadn-.
Dünyanın neresinde yaşadığına bakmaksızın yaşayan her insanın hayatı kutsaldır. Yaş, cinsiyet, ırk, soy ve meslek farkı gözetmeksizin herkesin hayat hakkı, en yüksek seviyede garantiye alınmalıdır. Ancak bir grup vardır ki, bu insanların yaşama hakkını ruh ve beden bütünlüğü içinde sürdürmesi, diğer insanların bu hakkını kullanabilmeleri bakı-mmdan da çok önemlidir; bunlar çalışan insanlardır.
