Abstract (2. Language):
The thermionic vacuum arc (TVA) is a new type of a plasma source which generates a pure metal vapor plasma. In this study, basic construction of this new type of a plasma source installed at Osmangazi University, Physics Department in 2000 and the charactristics of the TVA discharge are presented.
Abstract (Original Language):
Termiyonik vakum ark (TVA), saf metal buharı plazması üreten yeni tip bir plazma kaynağıdır. Bu çalışmada 2000 yılında Osmangazi Üniversitesi, Fizik bölümü’nde kurulan bu yeni tip plazma kaynağının temel yapısı ve TVA deşarjın karakteristikleri verilmiştir.
