Abstract (2. Language):
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a clinical condition characterized by hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia. The condition is usually associated with fever, neurological findings and renal failure. When it occurs in pregnancy, it is a serious disease with high mortality rate. It may become confused with some diseases of pregnancy. Early diagnosis is very important for maternal and fetal health. In our article we present 23 years old patient with 23 weeks intrauterine dead fetus presented to our clinic for control. She had her first pregnancy before 2 years and it was terminated on the 19th week because of intrauterine death. She had the diagnosis of TTP in her both pregnancies.
