The selection of art i Heal teeth for edentulous patients is one of the most important problems of complete denture prosthodontics. Several factors have been suggested as aids for artifical tooth selection. In this study the relationship between bizygomatic width, bigonial width and width of maxillary central incisor were investigated. A total of 35 subjects with healty maxillary tooth selected. Impressions were made for al! subjects with irreversible hidrokolloid impression materials and study easts were prepared with denial stone. Measurements were made on casts, radiographics and subjects. The correlation test was used for statistical evaluations. The relationship between bizygomatic width and mesio-dislal width of maxillary centra] incisor were found statistically significant on radiographic and facial measurements (P<O.0S). The relationship between bi zygomatic width and bigonial width were also found significant (P<0.01).

Dişsiz hastalar için yapay diş seçimi protetik diş hekimliğinin en önemli problemlerinden biridir, Yapay diş seçiminde yardımcı olan bir çok laktiir bulunmaktadır. BLI çalışmada bizigom.ıtik genişlik ve bigonial genişlik ile üst santral kesici dişlerin genişliği arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Üst on dişleri sağlıklı olan toplum $5 birey bu araştırma için seçiImişür.trTcverKbi hidrokolJoid ölçü maddesi ile üst çenenin ölçüleri alınmış ve sert alçı ile modeller elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca hastalardan standart olarak anterioposterior yönde radyografiler alınmıştır. Ölçümler modeller, radyografiler ve hastalar üzerinde yapılmıştır, istatistiksel değerlendirmeler için korelasyon testi uygulanmıştır. Zigomalar arası uzaklık ile üst santral kes'ici dişlerin mcsio-dislal genişlikleri arasındaki ilişki hem hasta, hem de radyografiler üzerinde istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur. (P<0,05> Zigomalar vc gonionlar arası ilişkide iseP<0.01 seviyesinde önemlidir.
