Abstract (2. Language):
Periodontal regenerative procedures aim to achieve regeneration of the gingival connective tissue destroyed by nnflamation, formation of cementum, restoration of lost bone and reestabishment of connective tissue fibers into previously diseased root surface. However, predictable and complete regeneration of the diseased periodontium has been dffficutt to obtain. The sequence of events necessary for periodontal regeneration reiies on osteogenesis, cementogenesis and connective tissue formation. Numerous in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that certain growth factors capable to modulate periodontal wound heainng and partyy periodontal regeneration. In this respect the review focuses on the effects of growth factors that have been thought to play critical role in periodontal regeneration.
Abstract (Original Language):
Periodontal rejeneratff iş/em/er, nnflamasyon nedeniyle yıkıma uğramış dişeti bağ dokusunun rejenerasyonunu, sement formasyonunu, yık/an kemiğin restorasyonunu ve kök yüzeyine periodontal ataşmanın yeniden oryante olmasını hedefler.
