Abstract (2. Language):
Matrix organızation is one of
the three forms of project structuring
in enterprises. The basic
reason for this type of structuring
is to realize more effective project
performance as well as more effieient
use of the functional experts.
İn matrix organızation we can talk
of a variable structure because the
projects are interdependent and
whüe some project& are completeâ
other new ones are introduced. İn
matriz structure, the existence of
âouble authority line of project
and functional authority increases
organizational conflict. In order
for this structure to be used more
effectively, the enterprise has to
be of large scale and diversified.
Otherınise, increasing general administrative
ezpenses mili threaten
organizational effectiveness. In
addition, since there will be less
projects to be done in times of
economic crises, the matrix organızation
structure will disintegrate.

Matriks örgütleme, işletmelerde
üç tip proje yapılandırma biçimlerinden
birini oluşturur. Bu
tür yapılandırmada temel neden,
daha etkin teknik başarı (proje
başarısı) ile birlikte, işlevsel uzmanların
da verimli biçimde kullanılması
olanaklarını gerçekleştirmedir.
Matriks örgütlemede projeler
arası karşılıklı dayanışma olduğu
gibi, bazı projelerin zamanla
tamamlanması, yeni bazılarının
da örgüte girmesi nedeniyle değişken
(esnek) bir yapı söskonusudur.
Matriks yapıda proje ve işlevsel
otorite gibi çift kumanda bağının
bulunması örgütsel çatışmaları
arttırmaktadır. Bu yapının
etkilice kullanılabilmesi için örgütün
büyük ölçekli ve ürün çeşitlendirmeye
gitmiş olması gerekmektedir.
Aksi halde, artan genel
yönetim masrafları örgütsel etkinliği
tehdit edecektir. Ayrıca
ekonomik kriz hallerinde iş hacmi
daralacağından matriks örgüt yapısı
dağılmaya mahkum olmaktadır*
