Abstract (2. Language): 
Family healthcar e centers should be structured in a way that patients can access the center via communication tools (telephone, e-mail, etc.) easily. In the center there should be a system which enables easy access to medical records. Family healthcare centers should have good medical records which are kept for a long time to be used again in the future. In addition to these fea¬tures, healthcare providers who are working in the center should have good communication skills. They should be well educated, with professional manners and ability to solve problems. The sys¬tem should provide the continuous care of the patient. The fami¬ly healthcare center should have a well established appointment system which patients can easily access with well organized fol¬low up appointments. At the same time, there should be a pro¬gram which enables patients to reach the care they need even when the center is closed.

Aile sağlığı merkezi; tıbbi kayıtlan korumak, sürdürmek ve yeniden kazanmak için etkili ve kolay ulaşılabilen bir sistemle birlikte hastaların telefon veya diğer iletişim araçlarıyla bağlantı kurabildiği düzgün ve erişebilir bir yapıya sahip olmalıdır. Kayıtlar iyi tutula-malı ve gerektiğinde eski kayıtlara kolaylıkla erişilebilmelidir. Aile hekimliği merkezinde çalışan personel gelişmiş iletişim becerilerine sahip, iyi eğitilmiş, profesyonel ve sorun çözme becerilerine sahip olmalıdır. Hastaların sürekli bakımını sağlayacak bir işleyiş gerçekleştirilmelidir. Hastalar tarafından erişilebilen iyi bir randevu pro¬gramlama sistemiyle vizitler koordine edilmeli ve merkez kapalı olduğu zamanlarda bile tedavi sürdürülmelidir.
