Abstract (2. Language): 
In this article, it is examined that in the process of improving teaching competence of teacher candidates, quality of instruction depends on large extent on the impact of supervisors and staff can use the teacher practicum approaches. These are clinical, developmental and artistic teacher practicum approaches. Each teacher practicum approaches are explained in details. As a result, it is suggested to teacher preparetion institutions in this approaches, their institutions with respect to circumtances may be adapted or used with together.

Bu makalede, öğretmen adaylarının öğretme becerilerindeki yeterliklerini artırma sürecinde, eğitimin niteliğine büyük ölçüde etkisi olan uygulama öğretim elemanı ve ilgili personelin öğretmenlik uygulamasını yürütme sırasında kullanabilecekleri öğretmenlik uygulaması yaklaşımları incelenmiştir. Bunlar, klinik, gelişimsel ve sanatsal öğretmenlik uygulaması yaklaşımlarıdır. Her bir öğretmenlik uygulaması yaklaşımının basamakları ayrıntılarıyla açıklanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, öğretmen yetiştiren kurumlara yönelik olarak bu yaklaşımları, kendi kurumlarının koşulları doğrultusunda uyarlayabilecekleri gibi birlikte kullanabilecekleri de önerilmiştir.
