HİBRİD ÎYONOMER MATERYATXERIN POLİMERİZASYON BÜZÜLMESİ VE MİKROSIZINTISI

POLYMERIZATION SHRINKAGE AND MICRO LEAKAGE OF HYBRID IONOMER MATERIALS

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
Hybrid ionomers display faster shrink on setting than traditional glass ionomer cements because ol" polymer content ol" hybrid ionomers; setting shrinkage decrease, by the increase of powder/liquid ratio. Hybrid ionomers have some advantages over traditional glass ionomer cements about microleakage being prevented, as the adequately of wetting the tooth surface or adhere to dentin immediately by application light and lower water content than glass ionomer cements. On the other hand, the physical and chemical properties of hybrid ionomers are. different for each material ol" this group, and this results from the variation of their chemical structures.
